Identifying and Comparing Shapes (“SAME”)

Hello again!

I am back with a fun activity for your little ones.

I love a worksheet that can help parents teach multiple concepts to their children. This worksheet will help your child with:

1. Colour recognition
2. Identification of shapes
3. The introduction of the concept of “same”
4. Development of fine motor skills as they color.

Some questions you could ask during this exercise include:

“What shape is this?”

“What color is the (name of shape)?”

“I want you to show me a shape that is the same as the (color of shape) (name of shape)“

“Can we color this (name of shape) the same color as this?
